"I am here to offer hope, healing, and support in your life's journey."

Tamara is a dedicated counselor with more than 2 decades of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master's of Science degree in Psychology from California Southern University and has also studied Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University.

Tamara specializes in supporting women navigating challenging life transitions, particularly those related to pregnancy, postpartum, addiction, and trauma. She has a special focus on serving underserved populations, including minorities. As a Black woman and a single mother who has overcome domestic violence, she brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to her practice. Tamara also incorporates faith and spirituality into her work for those who are open to it.

Tamara's approach to therapy is person-centered and eclectic, utilizing evidence-based treatment models tailored to each individual's needs. She creates a warm and non-judgmental space where clients can embark on their healing journey and work towards achieving their goals.
