Suzanne is a dedicated and experienced clinician who brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work as a therapist. With a strong educational foundation, including an MA in Counseling Psychology, Suzanne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Oregon and California, a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor II, and has received Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
Suzanne's therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She specializes in trauma-focused and body-based therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed, holistic wellness, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Suzanne's areas of focus include addressing grief, substance use disorders, body image issues, and weight stigma. She works with teens, young adults, and adults in both individual and group settings.
Suzanne is passionate about providing comprehensive and empathetic care, fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can embark on their healing journey. Outside of her clinical work, she finds joy in gardening, needlework, crocheting, spending time with family, and exploring nature.
