Jessica is a Clinical Social Work Associate with 12 years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to supporting individuals in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, PTSD, depression, and trauma. She holds a Master’s degree from George Fox University and brings a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy. Jessica’s therapeutic style is eclectic and tailored to each client, blending Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-focused methods to create a well-rounded treatment experience.
Jessica believes in creating a comfortable, non-judgmental space where clients can develop new skills, reach personal goals, and feel genuinely heard. As a Veteran who served in the Army National Guard for 15 years, she brings a deep sense of resilience and dedication to her work. Her experience allows her to offer unique support to those dealing with trauma and anxiety, guiding them toward healing and empowerment.
